Bright ruby. Lifted nose of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry over forest floor, dried herbs and a fine smoky note. Light to medium-bodied with crunchy acidity, silky tannins and a savoury, salty mineral finish. Drinks beautifully with roast duck, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, grilled tuna or aged Alpine cheeses.
Tramin Pinot Grigio Alto Adige 2025
Pale straw with a hint of copper. Aromas of green apple, white pear and lemon zest over white flowers and a stony minerality. Light to medium-bodied with crisp acidity, a touch of phenolic grip and a clean, gently bitter-almond finish. Drink chilled with antipasti, prawns, light pasta, salads or just on its own as an aperitif.
Tramin Glarea Chardonnay 2023
Pale gold. Lifted aromas of yellow apple, ripe pear and white peach over hazelnut, butter and a fine flinty edge. Medium-bodied with bright acidity, a creamy mid-palate from the lees work and a long, mineral, salty finish. A versatile food wine — perfect with grilled fish, roast chicken, mushroom risotto, soft cheeses or fresh pasta with cream sauce.
