Pale gold with a faint copper tint. Lifted aromatics of lychee, rose petal and lime zest give way to white peach, dried ginger and subtle waxy notes. The palate is textured and savoury with gentle phenolic grip, bright citrus acidity and a long, spice-tinged finish. An idiosyncratic and compelling field blend from one of Western Australia's finest producers.
